Q: Is the ______ item I want in stock?
A: YES. We have a live inventory tracking system that is updated every hour and removes items from our store when we are out of stock. If you are trying to purchase more items than we have in stock our cart will let you know how many we have so you can adjust your order. We DO NOT backorder!!
Q: When will I get a tracking number?
A: Tracking numbers are emailed out around 21:00 CST.
Q: I can't find ______ on your site?
A: Let us know. It could be we are out of stock, so please email or call us if you do not see something on the website that you think we should carry. We are actively looking for new products to add to the store and love to hear our customer's ideas.
Q: Do you offer a law enforcement or military discount?
A: Due to our already low prices we are unable to offer any further discounts. It's been our experience that most vendors that do this are charging full retail for everything and our "regular" prices are often better than their "LE/military discount" price!
Q: My Order Status says "Pending" ("Shipped" "Processing " etc) - what does that mean?
A: Pending is the default order status right after you place an order - it simply means we haven't updated your order status yet but we have received your order, and your credit card has been processed. Processing means that we have printed the order and it's in the warehouse being picked out, packed up and set out at the dock waiting for shipment. Shipped means that everything is packed and on its way to you. At this time we also send tracking numbers to the email provided with your order
Q: The item that I received is not the item I ordered. How should I proceed?
A: Contact us ASAP so we can work together to resolve the issue and get you the right product.
Q: Should I have received a confirmation for my online order?
A: Yes, first check your spam folder, sometimes emails get caught by spam filters. If you still don't have an order confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, and address used on the order so we can provide you with your order number and confirmation.

A: HamLund Tactical celebrated its grand opening on July 4th 2011 with the goal of becoming your one stop shop for ALL of your AR parts and accessories. We continue to grow and expand our catalog with quality products and prices that are lower than our competitors. Stephen and Stan, the owners, are avid shooters, reloaders, and hunters who enjoy the AR 15 and AR 10 platforms but yet were dissatisfied by the high prices that many stores seem to want for these products not to mention the extra money they take from you for shipping. The reality is HamLund Tactical has some of the lowest prices both for products and shipping that you can find. We don't want to jack you around. There are no handling fees, backorders, or hidden charges, and you don't have to create an account just to find out that shipping just killed that great price you were offered. We want you to affordably enjoy these products as much as we do.
Q: I don't want to use my credit card on the internet, what can I do?
A: We pride ourselves on having a secure website and keeping our customers information secure. If you are more comfortable giving your credit card information over the phone, just select "Pay by Check/Money Order" at checkout and then email us with your payment info. You may also leave a note in the comments section with a phone number and the most convenient time to call you and we will call you for the info.
