Shipping & Returns

We know you want your stuff shipped ASAP!

• We ship all items located in our local store and warehouse the same day that you order (if placed by 2pm CST). Certain items ship from an off-site warehouse and will usually ship within 1-2 business days.
• We keep our prices low and realize that shipping costs can really take a bite out of a good deal. Because of that we try to pass even more savings on to you by offering 2 basic levels of shipping charges:
• Orders under $150* cost $6.50 to ship.
• Orders over $150 ship for FREE!!
• Sometimes you need it sooner so we have some great deals to help with that as well:
• $9.99 - 3 Business Day Express Saver**
• $12.99 - 2 Business Day Delivery**
• $24.99 - Overnight, Delivery Between 3 - 7 PM**
• $34.99 - Overnight, Delivery Between Noon and 5 PM**

• Shipping insurance is offered at a rate of $3.50 per $300 ordered item(s) value. HamLund Tactical is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit by carrier.
• Unlike UPS, the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee delivery of your package unless you have the package insured. This applies to both domestic and international shipments, with or without Delivery Confirmation. Should you choose to add insurance when you check out and you do not receive your package within a reasonable time, we would then be able to file a claim with USPS and either reship your order or refund your money. Whenever possible we will provide you with a tracking number when your items ship.
• In compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) we cannot ship orders to APO/FPO or International addresses.
 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

• We take every effort to ensure the right item gets shipped out to you. In the case of an error we will work with you to correct the situation.
• We allow Returns or Exchanges within 28 days of delivery. Return or Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and no COD Returns or Exchanges will be accepted. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Returns for a refund on non-defective items and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns must be unused, un-mounted, and returned in original factory packaging in "As New" condition.
• If there is an issue with your item after it has been mounted or installed on your weapon or gear, then please direct correspondence to the manufacturer. These items are considered used and cannot be returned.
• Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization. To recieve a RMA please feel out our RMA form located

• Orders cancelled after they are processed will fall under the returns policy and be subject to the appropriate fees.
